I love my Fitbit. It motivates me to move more. You can also challenge your friends that have Fitbits. My competitive side helps me be active.

I recently discovered flavorless protein powder. I've been throwing that in everything, yogurt, chia pudding, etc. to make a snack that will keep me full until the next meal.

I have no kids, but we all have the same struggles lol. Currently I'm trying to start off slow, I'm only committing to doing 75 kettlebell swings a day. It doesn't take much time, only requires one piece of equipment, and targets many muscles in only one exercise.

Funny how a few drinks can make you completely blow your diet. I've cut down on drinking significantly, so I don't get those midnight munchies.

I find oatmeal useless for my goals - all carbs and hardly any protein.

I love salty things, so I've resorted to sauerkraut! Low cal and does the trick.

Try kettlebell swings; it will work all the muscles you are trying to target and is also good cardio.

I'm going to try reducing my weekday calories by 200 so I can eat a bit more on the weekends.

I have the belly also. I'm very much an apple shape (which I've heard most women with PCOS are). I'm working on losing the weight and adding muscle to my lower body to balance out my proportions.

I'm trying to cut out sugar, so I make a dip for my veggies with 2% plain greek yogurt. I add herbs or a package of onion soup mix.

My naturopath helped me get my energy back by putting me on iron supplements for two months. According to my blood work, I wasn't "deficient", but at the low end of the scale.
