I think i figured out my issue. My sweats are directly correlated with net calories during the day being too low. When i first started losing weight i suppose i had plenty of excess fat to feed the beast at night. But once i cut down to about 20% body fat the night sweats started. As long as i keep my net calorie deficit…

yep but i think it is more like 1200-1400 since i assume treadmills etc. tend to over estimate my calorie burn since i am in pretty good cardio shape. against a base calorie burn of 2300

1600 - 2000 cals/day eaten 2200 cals used/day (according to myfitnesspal). 1000 cals burned exercise/day

yes some changes. i worked out 5-7 days /week already mix of heavy weights and cardio. Switched down to almost entirely cardio. I think the iron/vitamin deficiency posts are what i will look into. thanks for the input.

Yep losing - averaging 1 or slightly more lbs./week. nope and nope. just sleep straight through - like the dead.
