I think if you are trying to lose weight, you have to know how much you are eating. You are probably eating and drinking way more calories than you think. You should check out Secret Eaters on You Tube. Eye opening. If you eat less than your burn you will lose weight, not the other way around.

Actually, this is true for any restaurant. If you eat out all the time, be careful. French fries, for instance, is up to the person filling the box. If you jam them in, you could probably be getting 1-1/2 servings. You just have to watch and account for it unless you carry your food scale with you!

I do much better if I take Metamucil everyday. It isn't a laxative and isn't harsh, but just really helps with bloating and regularity. I even like the way it tastes. And it is supposed to positively effect blood sugar and cholesterol. Good luck.

I would never tell someone else what to do, but the only way to stop the yo-yoking is to make a healthy lifestyle for yourself. Eat reasonably, track your food, and exercise if you can. It is calories in versus calories out. From my experience, the faster it comes off, the faster it goes back on. Sustainability is key.

When I get in bed at night, I take my ipad and go over my diary and input the things I've missed. If I don't do it at night, the next morning I input what I can remember on the day before. Keep practicing. It gets easier. I practiced for two weeks before I think I got it.
