How often do you say no?
I find myself thinking often of food and telling myself 'no'. I'm talking several times an hour. I know I'm not the only one. How often do you have to say 'no' to those cravings, food urges and wants? Does it get easier with practice? Do the thoughts become less frequent?

I just found the function that lets you import recipes from a website! Did the rest of you know you could do this? Ive been entering them manually for 6 months! I'm not sure it will be perfect, but how neat!!!!

Need help setting my macros!
I am struggling a bit with my macros. I thought that the recommended MFP macros seemed way too high in carbohydrates and not enough protein. Net Calories and BMR
So a quick question. I know that you are not supposed to eat below your BMR, but is it the Net Calories that should be at least your BMR? So if my BMR is 1500, I should set my Net Calories to 1500 and eat back any exercise calories (or at least half of them)? Is this correct? Thanks in advance!

My NSV
For the first time in 2 years I was able to remove my wedding ring! At one point , I thought I was going to have to have it cut off. I am so relieved to start seeing these changes. I have found success with MFP that I couldn't find with Weight Watchers. Something has just clicked for me.

Alcohol is the downfall
