So a quick question. I know that you are not supposed to eat below your BMR, but is it the Net Calories that should be at least your
BMR? So if my BMR is 1500, I should set my Net Calories to 1500 and eat back any exercise calories (or at least half of them)? Is this correct?
Thanks in advance!

BUMP..i have the same question.
My BMR is 1616..
i wanted to set that as my calorie goal on MFP and just track my calories burned via my Polar HRM and eat back the calories that i burn.
(Which would add up to my TDEE of 1890 depending on how hard i worked out.) ;/0 -

I reject your hypothesis.0
