For the first time in 2 years I was able to remove my wedding ring! At one point , I thought I was going to have to have it cut off. I am so relieved to start seeing these changes. I have found success with MFP that I couldn't find with Weight Watchers. Something has just clicked for me.

Great NSV!!!! I remember when married, the first time I could put my wedding ring back on after the pregnancy. I think my son was 3 years old by then. So being able to take it off is a great weight loss accomplishment! Keep it up!!!!!0
