I'm living with my mom right now who refuses to cook anything healthy. She bakes cookies constantly. And when I work out in front of her all she can say is "Michelle, you are working too hard... you need to stop." I just want to yell at her NO I need to work HARDER. Push myself so I can become healthy. Grrrr. So…

I have always been chunky. At least as far back as I can remember. But when I look at pictures I have notice I gained a ton when I was seven. My mom remarried and we moved and I was majorly stressed out for a seven year old. My stepdad then was a terrible eater. We only drank soda, we had taco bueno wednesday, pizza…

Not necessarily "red-neck" but country! In Texas and own a horse and ride all the time. :D

Not what I expected from the thread title ._____________.

Swedish accents blow my mind... ahhhhh :D. I have a dear friend in Sweden and I could listen to him talk all day long.

I'm from Texas and hate chili! Its disgusting! xD Also I listen to country music, own a horse, and ride four-wheelers but I love video games and Legend of Zelda is my life!

Pilates is wonderful for riding. Especially core and legs. I suggest squats. Try Blogilates. She has wonderful workouts. Also, on a horse, standing while trotting helps more, calves, thighs, and balance. And if you do it with friends you will giggle the entire time and get extra ab workouts xD

I'm in a girl scout equestrian team called the Tejas Riders. We do drills and perform in Rodeos. :) Western, of course.

Great job! I can usually only run 1.5 miles without dying haha

You are not crazy at all. I've lost weight over the years but my bust definitely hasn't shrunk. I'm over average sizing I would think but even like two or three inches smaller than me is more that 27 inches. And her locking you out of the chat box is bad customer service and i personally would complain.
-
Oh, and do you ride english or western? i can't tell from the pic :)

Hey! Welcome! I'm a horse lover too! I'm on an equestrian drill team (Tejas Riders). I ride an eight year old gelding bay thoroughbred named Mr. Bones, a black appendix gelding named Mouse, and a black gelding thoroughbred named Frank. Don't own any though. My fitness pal has worked great for me and I hope it works for you…

Dannon Activia - Light Fat Free-Vanilla Yogurt is my favorite! I eat it almost everyday.

You told her! Good job! :D

You could just have a protein bar. I see them everywhere and they are really filling and good.

And if you do start losing a lot then stall just like she said, use the measurement tracker under check-in. Since you will be losing fat and gaining lean muscle you will be getting smaller bit by bit. This is a good was to keep track of it.

Oh man, I was actually thinking about going and buying alli today. And I am not spending $40+ and end up with a leak butt, no way. Thank you guys for saving me haha
-
Oh good, thanks. I met the recommended amount of protein... But I think I'll be good today you are right, I'll be sure to eat 1200 tomorrow.

Pilates DVDs would be good, but they are rough even on the easy way of doing it. (At least for me haha). I agree, yoga would be good and relaxing too.

I do, and yet I don't. For the few days before I just crave sweets like chocolate. But then the rest of my time I just am never full. I'm a pretty big bottomless pit, so that endangers weight loss. :P But yeah, I just relax and think about my goal, put the cake down, and walk away. Keep your goal in sigh and never think…
