  • As long as you don't over do it on the starchy vegetables you should be fine.....Berries are really good for you and the carb count is lower.... but unless you are eating mainly fruit I don't see how you could have too much.

  • It's considered unhealthy to lose more than 2lbs per week. The recommended is 1lb per week. It takes however long that it takes. It's a lifestyle change. If you keep on doing what your doing and make it a part of your normal life you will not have to do this again because you are already doing it. This is my mantra... LOL
  • Eating under 1200 calories is a travesty. I am a large person height and weight. I could never sustain on 1200 calories.   • Thanks so much. I have flax seed I'll have to pick up some chia seed. I have started integrating a protein shake and a protein bar as a snack. It has definitely helped me stay full longer.
  • I lightly saute some zucchini and peppers about a cup a piece .... whip up about 6 eggs and add to the skillet. Scramble it up and then seperate it about 3 ways. It's about 250 calories a piece and I knock out a serving of veggies. Add a little shredded pepperjack and some salsa! BAM!
