You must be a troll OR you really don't know how to count calories. You could not possibly sustain life on 600 calories per day. Those must be the 600 you choose to document.

I am one of the lucky ones I guess. I started just a couple of weeks ago and I really haven't had any serious issues. Just a truly heinous metallic taste in my mouth for a few days. Like the other ladies I would really recommend watching your carb intake, although I would add watching the amount of fats that you eat is…

My trainer kicks my tush every time... I am a wrung out mess. I feel freaking fantastic afterwards. I started my journey because somewhere along the way I stopped moving. It was becoming difficult to get up off the floor. I couldn't touch my toes. Walking up a hill was becoming a challenge of mass proportion. I had to do…

I don't normally wait on machines. My arms are pretty much shot when I am done. I'm new to weight lingo... so I am benching about 30 lbs plus the bar. I am dead lifting 50lbs plus the bar. I'm curling 12 lb dumb bells but I am pretty sure I'm going to bump it to the 15lb bells tonight. I row 70lbs and there are a few other…

This happens to me a lot too.... I find that incorporating more fiber and protein into my meals helps. I also like the Marathon Energy Snickers bar.... It's delicious and it's dense so I hold onto it longer.

Eight days is not enough time to gauge anything. I have felt your frustration though. I would recommend giving it about 6 weeks and THEN if there isn't any movement be depressed.

My suggestion would be to treat every pound lost as a victory. What I am learning is that this is a journey and a little like an addiction recovery process. You have accepted that you have a problem.... now take it one day at a time. There will be set backs, it will be difficult. Don't give up, just get back on the horse.…

It must be difficult being so perfect and all....

If you aren't gaining by eating 1500-1600 calories per day I am not sure what you are worried about. I would advise you to try to eat healthier food although grazing little bits and pieces like you do probably isn't very harmful. Cut out soda and sweet drinks. Keep moving....You're right 1200 calories a day isn't enough…

I started out with a kettle bell routine. I have a personal trainer, but there are several youtube videos that show you how to do it. My trainer has the girl that lifts with me use the kettle bells instead of the bar bell.

From what I have learned it's almost impossible for a woman who lifts heavy to BULK up.... I love lifting heavy weights. It has increased my energy and endurance. I'm not dropping tons of weight yet, but I feel so much better about myself. I encourage you to study up and go for it. Every woman should do strength training…

If you can swing it for a little whole I think it is completely worth it. Not only do I work harder, but I have made a commitment to him to be there. My trainer is $50.00 per hour and I do two 1/2 hour sessions a week. Then I take one of the classes that he teaches at the gym so I see him 3 times per week. It's kept me…

That's exact amount of weight you can safely lose to keep the weight off in 4 weeks. I didn't look at your diary, but your fine.

I have some tough love for you.... He's your child, do you want him to be healthy? He's not consistent because your not consistent. He's 11 years old, he follows your example. I am a large woman. I have been my entire life. Not only do I carry extra weight I'm about a foot taller than everyone else. I wish my Mom could…

A week is not nearly long enough.... If you say the same after being consistent for two months there could be a problem. Be consistent, plan your meals and do some type of exercise everyday and you will see results.
-
I'm learning that a lot of protein helps me stay full longer.... I have been matching up a low cal/carb protein shake with some of my meals and it really does get me over the hump. Since I can't see your diary I would be sure that you're eating all of your calories... maybe not the exercise ones yet, but if you need them…

I like food too much and hate hunger enough that this wouldn't be something I could do. I think focusing on eating cleaner foods and staying consistent is a better plan than some crash diet. I am also someone who prefers to take less pills not more.

I have that problem in the A.M. I have found if I add a low carb protein shake in between or in addition to my breakfast it holds me over way longer. Protein is the key. If you really don't want to add another meal or try to keep a prepared snack on hand this may help.

In my quest for weight loss I tend to agree that getting 7-8 hours sleep per night is your best bet. Since I have been making it a point to sleep at least 7 hours a night in the last few months I have felt a lot better. I am sure there are people out there who survive on less and thankfully are without issue, but for most…

I do a lot of calisthenics as part of my work out. Push ups, crunches, leg raises, walk in place....minutemen. You can do it on the cheap.

The Gym I go to has no bimbo no meat head rule..... Pretty much everyone there is there to get down and dirty. Don't be self conscious DO YOUR THANG!

You just opened the can.... There are soooo many different thoughts about this. The best one is to listen to your body. I tried to eat at the max weight loss set up through MFP and I was constantly starving. Once I bumped it down to lose 1lb per week and ate more I started dropping weight. Not fast mind you... but I'm not…

Moderation is the key.... have the soda you probably won't drink it all anyhow.

Purging is never the answer and a terrible habit. I also agree with several of those that said you should get counselling....
-
I would be chewing the bed post too.... I also workout in the evening so about an hour after I'm like GET IN MY BELLY!
