Could it be something in the wine? Wine gives my husband a headache no matter how little he drinks. Just a thought. It sounds like you did the right things (or at least what I would have done).

Are you actually getting enough sleep? If you are getting up at 4:30ish, to get 6 hours of sleep, you would need to go to bed about 10:30. With a 4 mo. old, I bet you are sleep deprived in general. :yawn:

Walk, walk, walk. Walking is really under rated. It is good for your legs, good for your core muscles and good for your heart. Be consistent and you might be surprised how much success you have. Good luck.

Next time you see an ad for this, read the fine print at the bottom of the screen. I think it says something like "average weight loss .8 lbs." or some ridiculously low amount. A waste of money IMO.
