Your body can last more than half an hour of heavy cardio without it. The cycling hour record, for example, is done at the elite level without drinking. You just drink a lot before, and a lot after and it's fine. I wouldn't go over the hour without drinking though. The general advice is 1cup every 20min or so of intense…

Been playing hots regularly lately. I too was a WoW player, but left because of lack of support for competitive players by blizzard. Feel free to add me if you play hots or sc2 on EU

I burn between 450 and 650 every hour on the most killer workouts. Those that leave you feeling like *kitten* afterwards, knocked out for an hour or two. Those require a proper 20min warmup and at least 10min cooldown, totalling 90min of pure pain. I wouldn't aim for 500. 300-350 is a very doable number for a 60min…

As said, log everything consistently. E-ve-ry-thing. Also, patience. One month is not enough. Your body and mind need to adapt to the new stuff, that takes from three weeks to three months.

My bulletproof answer, use it as you wish: Them: "You are too skinny!" Me (with a smile on my face): "I'm actually on my weight. My six pack just started popping out!" Nobody knows how to counter the six pack argument. The mystical aura surrounding it leaves everybody without knowing what else to say. If you have a six…

Any fruit smoothie with gluten flour and skim milk e.g.: 3x bananas, 500ml skim milk, 50g gluten, 10g cocoa powder, 10-20g peanut butter, cinnamon to taste (less than 1g), 250ml water Those quantities are for around 1L of the cheapest high protein smoothie I've managed to make.

I´m also 30y/o and I´ve been overwheight until I was 28. Nothing like 100lbs to lose, though. Most I had to lose was 40. I can´t say I´m in the same boat, since I´ve never talked myself down for feeling moody or *kitten* about any of my thoughts. Anything I feel I accept it, whatever it is. If I feel *kitten*... well,…

All the sugar that I used to eat, together with the other *kitten* foods that were making me hungry unnecessarily. That's what's in my trash can, and what will always be for the rest of my days.

Heavier than you are used to. Heavy enough that your muscles get to failure on each set, every single time. That's how I see it, no matter what weight I'm lifting.

#15 I envy you :)

I don't. Cheat days are an excuse to keep eating the bullsh*t you are addicted to. Good food is waaaay tastier when you get rid of those *kitten* meals.

Polar FT4 is probably the cheapest you'll find. They are usually on sale, and the quality is great for the cost.

I used to dread skim milk, but now I love it. You just gotta get used to it.

The only secret is hard work, struggling if you need to without giving up, studying nutrition, logging food everyday, not being a slacker, working out even when you don't ****ing want to, etc etc. TL;DR: There is no secret. Hard work is the only way

You are NOT your problems. You just have problems.

Chicken, turkey, skim milk, whey protein, vital wheat gluten Those are my main sources. I easily get 140g per day, without much trouble.

6366kcal... WTF! :D Two full hard training days worth of calories... in one session. Exactly, that's what I mean! :D My goodness, that is insane :P The max distance I've rode is 130km, and I felt pretty sick after it. Almost like if I could feel my muscles eating themselves. It just doesn't feel right to me, lol. Kudos for…

I have some knowledge, since cycling is my cross training sport of choice. I dont train to be pro at cycling, but I do train for competitive inline speed skating, which is quite close. When you say "long distance", you should specify the amount of hours you want to workout per session. Road cyclist, in my eyes, are ****ing…

I've never been "Fat", but had been chubby my whole life until a year ago. Now I would consider myself skinny, though I eat like a truck (endurance sports, yo!). Feel free to add me. New friends never hurt :)

Any guy with the same problem should check out RSD. They have the best content on the internet, hands down, about getting good with girls. Google or youtube: rsd, rsdnation, real social dynamics, rsdtyler, rsdalex, rsdjulien

@studentbeatin: You can make new habits that replace the old ones on purpose. Old habits won't come back if you don't remove the new ones. Do the new habit long enough, until it becomes who you are, and the problem will be gone forever. I recommend you to explore the psychology of habits. It's pretty simple, but extremely…

I recommend you one step to start to get rid of your problem: Stop considering yourself a "binger". Binging is not something you are, it's just something you do in certain conditions. Remove the conditions, and you wont react that way anymore.

Choose what you like more. It doesn't matter which one is better if you end up not sticking to it. If you like it, you'll do it. Leave optimization for later on.

One word: Breathe! Become certain that you are breathing correctly (you'll get tons of information with a simple google search) before considering other physical problems. There is something called the "Valsalva Manuveur", which is used by athletes too during very high efforts, that causes mayor dizziness if not followed…

Very very wise words. I expected massive neediness when I read the first part of the post, but I was mistaken.
