Wheat gluten, also called seitan. You can get gluten flour and make seitan yourself, no need to buy it precooked (way more expensive).

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and any other kind of cardio. The harder you go, the more calories you burn. There are tons of HIIT programs on youtube for free, in case you don't have the knowledge yet to develop your own. If you are just starting, it might be a good idea to start doing cardio at ~60-70% HRM. It's…

Short answer: absolutely yes Long answer: If you workout you have to eat back those calories, optimally within 30-60min of using them. e.g. I workout and burn 600kcal. My next meal, which happens to be right when I arrive from exercising, is 350kcal. 600+350 means that my next meal will be 950kcal to recover what I burned…

Run three days, rest one or crosstrain below 60% HRM, run two, rest one fully (this full rest is key). Repeat. You can hold that cycle for like forever without taking two days of rest in a row.

I'm going to be a bit forward and give you the advice you don't want to read: Learn to like those yogurts you make. Taste is something that can be molded. If you get used to any food, it will taste awesome. You are used to those industrial tastes and now natural tastes seem foreign. It's normal, so give yourself some time.…

Weight, measure and log. Log every single thing you eat. Learn to love logging your food.

It took me eight months to drop 10kg, from ~75kg to 65kg. Six of those months were me doing cardio 5d/w and eating whatever I felt like (mostly crap). Only these last two months I've started getting concerned about caloric density, fullness and macronutrients ratios. I didn't need to power through it because I have a deep…

I find that calculators with activity level modifiers are way too general to give an accurate number to go for. We have very similar stats. I'm 5'7'' too and weight 140lbs. I do more cardio than you do (between 1 & 2h /day) but also do 1 or 2 strength training per week. Most days I'm eating way over 2500kcal including…

You don't need this sh't. Look inside yourself. If you don't like something, change it. That's how attractiveness is developed.

Nothing. I would lose some fat, like I'm doing atm, but I would change nothing with surgery. It takes away all the f'ing glory of achieving your goal. It also diminishes your self-esteem. Why would you need any change in the first place? You are beautiful the way you are, but you might not see it. And that fits every…

Learn to love the taste of the food I choose because of health reasons. If you get acclimated to it, any food is freaking delicious. Literally. Specially when you know why you are eating it and how it fits your diet. There is no room left for worry, which allows you to just relax and really enjoy what you eat.

If you do it for him it won't last. Grow some self esteem, tell him to go to hell and do it for yourself. Lose it anyway, but do it for yourself, girl! Do it because you want to change your life, not because you want to marry him.
-
That's how it's done. Lifestyle changes stay forever, diets don't

The confidence you are building is starting to show in your expression. You gonna be hawt! Whatever you are doing, keep doing it. It's clearly working :)
