  • This was me last week. Completely over-indulged at easter and instead of keeping it to the sunday, I continued on til the following sunday! Got on the scale monday morning....up 7lbs! That was enough for me to kick my butt back in gear! Just home from aerobics and feel GREAT! Keep going, you got this :)

  • This has been me exactly this week, i had the week off college..a mountain of work to get through so Im home all the time and constantly rooting through the cupboards. I cant wait to get back into my routine next week and get back on track!!!

  • I started level 3 yesterday as I wont be able to do the 30 days straight... so trying to do equal days of each until I can. But dont be fooled....It is most definitely NOT easier than previous levels!!
