When I first started, I was weighing myself every morning and for the first week or so I was losing a pound a day! Obviously that slowed down then, but it gave me a great initial boost :)

Day 3 complete! I actually found it a lot easier today...I wasn't as tired at the end, but I did give it my all! Had to do it in the evening today but think il do it first thing again tomorrow! Great job guys :)

Day two done! Really enjoyed it today...ususally its last thing at night, but today I got up early and did it first thing.. then had a shower and filled up with plenty of protein for breakfast!! Im ready for the day now :D

5'7 and im currently hovering at 155... I would love to get between 145-149 but it feels like the last 10lbs will never budge :( I dont really know what I should be doing differently..
