CW: 155.4 GW Oct 1st: 150 OWLS/NEWTS: 20 -- I did pretty bad with exercise challenge this week! HP: 90 So exercise wasn't too good this week but food wise was pretty good. I managed to lose almost all of my binge gain from last week so YAY! Hope to do even better this week :) Best of luck guys :drinker:

So disappointed with myself this week! I did REALLY bad :( I was pretty much on a binge from thursday til last night and I feel terrible for it! But this week is gonna be the complete opposite. Yes, technically a calorie is a calorie and as long as you stay within your limits you will definitely lose weight. BUT..... and there is always a but... if you stick to a diet of junk food and still remain within that 1200 cals your not going to be getting enough good nutrients. I pretty much agree with what everyone else has said on here! Also I would maybe try bulking up your breakfast. You seem to have cereal a lot and for a guy that cant be terribly filling. Maybe try adding a few eggs in there. This will also up your protein without the added carbs :)

Your diary seems very healthy to me. Without exercise you're definitely eating a good amount of cals. I know it probably seems impossible to eat all of your exercise cals back all the time so I think as long as you dont feel deprived or hungry and you are continuing to lose weight then just keep going the way you are at…
