Nope, nothing at all to cook with. Just a bed, 4 walls and a bathroom! But i do understand what your saying. I just gotta get up off my backside and try harder to make healthy choices! :drinker:

May 16 - 164.5lbs :( Ugh im really disappointed with myself! Cos I know exactly why i gained! Picking at all the wrong foods at work over the weekend..I knew i should'nt, but i went and did it anyway!! Im back on track today though, almost have my 8 glasses of water drank and its only lunchtime :) Good luck to everyone…

I weigh in on both friday and monday! I find that if ive lost on friday it gives me the motivation to keep going through the weekend and not binge! :)

Yeah i was the same with cereal! But i limit it now to maybe once or twice a week. The same goes for pasta, i was shocked at just how little there was in one portion. Before i would just fill the plate but one portion is so small (75g) so i decided to use a smaller plate when having it so it wouldnt feel so measly! :P

I know im a little late but im gonna join anyway :D need the motivation! So ill start with my weigh in today May 9 - 163.4lbs Goal for september is 154lbs :) Oh and the sodium challenge sounds good, thankfully i always manage to stay under though. Hope everyone is doing great! :drinker:

LW - 165.2lbs CW - 165.2lbs No loss this week :( But im happy anyway because i put on a few pounds over the easter weekend so im back to my pre-weight now! This week will be better :drinker:

Saw a friend for the first time in a good few weeks and she told me almost straight away that i looked like id lost weight! :) 14lbs down..but that was the first time someone outside the family noticed! Made my day :flowerforyou:

I was pretty much in your situation aswell. Pigged out over the weekend and on tuesday morning i was up 4lbs! Drank loads of water yesterday and stayed within my calorie goal and this morning i was down 2lbs. Hoping that by weigh in day on friday ill be back to where i was or better! Best of luck :drinker:

Ok guys so first weigh in today :) I have to admit, i havn't been doing too well with the fruits and veggies this week since im up in college but now that im home im going to try harder! I was so nervous getting up on the scale this morning (as i do every weigh in!) and actually wasn't expecting much of a loss. But here…

Ok so I finally got to get up on the scale this morning....was really dreading it BUT..... SW 8week challenge - 172.4 LW - 171.2 Week 3 - 167.2 Thats just over 3lbs!! Im so happy :) That means that im now in the '11 stone' bracket which i havnt seen in years!! Lets hope i can keep it up now!
