Welcome back! I'm back too after a bit of a break. I'm at my goal weight but would love to lose about 5-8lbs more. Good luck. I agree about getting a good workout in 3/4 x's per week. Good luck to you!!

I agree with the above about the quick fix. Won't stay off BUT you can do a detox cleanse, Jillian Michaels has a good one. I think it's a five day. That will help you drop a few pounds before you go. You can drop 5 to 10 pounds from it. Good luck & have a great trip!!

I use a Polar F6 & love it. The body bugg would have been great but was out of my price range. I love using my Polar. I wear it every time I work out. It has helped me with being more accurate on the calories I'm burning. Which is really important when your counting calories in :) I also like the look of the polar. The…

I agree with both ladies! no excuses! go to the gym!! we all slip up once in a while but if you just give up the only one who loses is you. Skip the pizza, give yourself a break about the cake and get a GREAT workout in!

It's an AWESOME workout!! you can burn anywhere from 500-800 calories in a 1 hr workout! Do it! it's super fun and VERY addicting!! I really enjoy it. Have fun!!

Dr Oz just had a show about this. it is a problem for many woman but it seems to affect woman who are naturally thin, (born that way) and don't watch what they eat or workout @ all, because they don't think they have to. They seem to never have had any problems with their weight. it doesn't sound like that is your problem…

I have to agree with all. 850 a day is insane! & WITH exercise? no way! I mean I guess it could drop the weight BUT you would feel like crap & I'm sure would put some if not all back on once you started to consume higher calories again.
