Hello there. This is my second time coming to myfitnesspal, never have checked out the message boards though! The last time I was here helped me lose 20 pounds. I felt great but am still over weight and would like to get down to an average weight for my height.
If anyone has any special tips or tricks they could share with me that would be amazing.

    welcome back! i was on here last year up til spring, then had medical issues and totally gave up..until i hit the scale one day and then decided i needed to have MFP back in my life! :)

    I reckon doing a good workout 3/4 times a week is better than just eating your calories. Keeps you busy and gets you fit and healthier. Welcome back and good luck. Friend me if you would like some more support.

    Welcome back! I'm back too after a bit of a break. I'm at my goal weight but would love to lose about 5-8lbs more. Good luck. I agree about getting a good workout in 3/4 x's per week. Good luck to you!!
  • Thanks for the welcome backs. :) I'm thinking of doing a month trial at the local gym here and possibly keep up with it as a membership afterwards. I have asthma and find it a bit difficult to will myself to excerise/work out, but if I start slow I'm sure I could go with it.

    &I'd love some extra support so if anyone would like to friend me please do.
