On my cheat weekends, I have Ezekial bread, you have to find it in the frozen foods, but the carb count is lower and how it it absorbed. I buy the raisin one, toast it, and put no sugar peanut butter on it. Really good.

I work 11am-11pm, you can check out my diary. I just eat my precooked meats cold, and stick with fresh vegetables and low sodium cheese sticks. Breakfast is the only time I really cook anything My calorie count is on the low side, but you can always add more meat, nuts, and oils. If my fat count is too low, I take a tbsp…

any of their salads. If I go to fast food, I usually order the burger or grilled chicken w/bacon, avocado, and all the fixins, and throw the bun away. Stay away from the fries, the oil they fry them in is really high in trans fat.

there are a few very low carb beers. I drink a Michelobe ultra on weekends once in a while, just figure that into my carb count.

It took me a week to get in to ketosis, still lost weight, just not the fat, that is now leaving my stomach. I do 50 Fat, 30 Protein and 20 carbs. Don't have a problem with enough variety, never was a big fruit eater, and get my carbs from vegetables. I love it that I can have bacon and eggs w/butter for breakfast, meat…

You need to take a potassium supplement before bed.

If you don't want to count calories, check out the keto diet. Fats make you feel full, and as long as you keep carbs really low, I don't count the three days a week I'm off from work, and only use the calorie counter, to check my cholesterol and sodium counts.

love my keto!! I do Fat-60, Carbs-10, and Protein 40. I keep my saturated fat under 12 and my sodium under 900. I have lost over 20 pounds. I do have a hard time keeping my protein count down at times. Don't miss the carbs or the sugar.
