keto has less fruit and vegetables due to the carbs, and no pasta or breads. Lots more strict than Atkins or Paleo. I don't have a problem with it, mainly because I don't miss the breads or pasta or fruit. Do miss a lot of my vegetables. So if you like fruits, vegetables and whole grains, try Paleo.

3 day fat fast will get you going again. I have done it once in the last year, about 2 months ago when I was stalled on that last 10 pounds.

decrease carbs, increase good fats, nuts, oils, meat, butter, mayo. Watch your vegetables, some have really high carbs as do fruits.

just be careful on keto with vegetables. Some have a lot of carbs in them. Vegetables grown under the dirt have more carbs and sugar in them

You are so right. And there are a lot of unhealthy foods out there. foods that can cause high cholesterol and diabetes and heart problems.

actually a friend of mine that does competitive body building turned me on to Keto last year. Still have my slip up days, but for the most part, this truly is the only way I can lose weight.

I think the younger you are the faster your skin will snap back. Mine is going very slow.

low carbs, but no carbs? How is that possible, unless you just eat meat all the time, which is not the best. You do need some vegetables.

ezekial bread and ezekial raisan bread are your best bets. Because they are the sprouted grains, they don't convert to all carbs in your system. When I want to treat myself, I get the raisan bread and put peanut butter on it. So good. I then decrease my carbs for other meals.

you need to eat good fats. real butter, real mayo, nuts, cocconut oil, chicken, lean meats, and cheese.
