DONT WORRY! It isn't fat! It's probably just water or something dumb! The only way you gained fat is if you ate 7,000 calories OVER your calories needed to maintain your current weight.

Yummmmmm! I usually have cream of wheat with some organic sugar and cinnamon or oatmeal with various toppings, but today I had a banana and some homemade trail mix!

I unfriend if I take a look into their diary and notice that their goal calorie amount is below 900. I cannot support that... or if they haven't been on in forever (like weeks and weeks)

I lost 25lbs in the past, but I lost it by not eating much... That is why I gained 15lbs back. This time around I am exercising, eating a bit healthier, and counting calories. My small goal for everyday is to get 7,500 extra steps in everyday (I only get around 3,000-4,000 from daily activities).
