• Go through your closet and drawers, and donate clothes, coats, shoes, jackets etc that you don't wear, or just don't like anymore. If you're undecided about a particular item then DONATE it.
• Ask your doctor how many calories you should be eating. Oh and yes, you should be eating some calories back, if you can.
• Instead of putting money in beachbody, isagenix, sensa, etc... Use it for something useful, like a treadmill, gym membership, dumbbell set and 2 weeks at Disney World.
• Take photos.
• If you don't like something, don't do it. NEVER force yourself.
• Listen to your body. If it wants you to stop, then you stop. If the next day, it wants you to lay in bed playing PS3, then you play PS3.
• Don't be afraid of eating out. Plan accordingly. Remember how I mentioned Disney World ? You shouldn't feel bad that you over did it at world showcase, or on the boardwalk. Head over to Imagineer and do some HIIT on their recumbent bike, as you ride through each of the parks on a 17 in screen.
• If your local high school allows public access, do some c25k or Zombies, RUN! on the track.
• Don't hate yourself for what the scale says. Life is about learning and the numbers can go up or down for no apparent reason.
• It's perfectly fine to treat yourself everyday.

Very informative post. When it comes to not liking an workout I would suggest that a person do it 3 to 5 times to see if you don't like it cause ya just don't like it.. or it's hard or you just don't know the workout.0

Most doctors are pretty clueless about nutrition. Just sayin...0 -
