Another thing if your interested Roller Derby! Checkout the net and see if you have a team in your neighborhood! I know when I could skate that would kick my butt and my body would hurt all over even though all I was doing was skating. Just a thought!

Yes Tv can still be your friend :) Three years ago when I originally lost 70lbs I did it doing workout videos at home. There are alot of good/free ones on cable/Demand. Check them out I know you'll find one your like and that works!

So doing it! My cut off time is 915 on Weds and Thurs and 8 every other day. I can do it but it's going to be very hard considering i stay up until 1am sometimes 2am. Starting TODAY!

Dark is the best, but if your like me and can't do any of it cause of it's carbs then you can always try Extra Mint n Chip Gum. It REALLY tastes like it and it helped stop my craving. Good luck if you find a low carb one let me know!

Every little triumph should be celebrated! It takes alot of strength just to get the courage to get on here and sign up! No matter how small always say something, cause someone will be happy for you! Also you should be eating every two hours, but these are NOT big meals. Main meals are med and two small "snacks" in between…

This is why I work out at home or around town and not in the gym, but I guess I am missing out on some things. I mean doesn't everyone what to hear guys make sex sounds or look at some skinny chick who is SLOWLY walking on the treadmill and obviously doesn't need to be there? jk but I do like going for the pool!

Agree! Also yes you have the right idea! You will never be able to stick to any diet/style of eating unless u have moments were you do "Give in" to you cravings. Key is proportion and frequency!

Drink water alot of it! If you get hungry drink water it will help you feel full only for a little while but at least it's something.

Hello, Did you keep your amount of exercise the same? If you are on a plato you need to bring up the intensity of your workouts. Also make sure you are not eating to little calories or your body may go into starvation mode and start hording the calories. Keep on pushing it may take a while but you'll break that plato!
