Thanks, how many calories did you all eat? Did you set mfp to lose 1, 1.5 or 2 lbs per week. These are great successes! I'm 35, 36 in january. Today I stepped on scale and was159. I haven't weighed myself in 3 weeks and was happy with that because I think I was up to about 162/163 based on how clothes are feeling. I can…

HI Ladies, I just started today, as I was tracking mfp for 30 days and not losing, my metabolism is shot and I don't want to weigh for 30 days either. I just want to focus on healthy and not tracking. I'm reading the book now and the website has some great information too.. whole30.com Add me as a friend. Carla are you…

Thanks I added you but marienvine, 1'm 35, so understand how it gets harder the older you get :) Fast metabolisms rock, but still takes hard work no matter your age. We can all do this!

Yes Start now and feel free to add me as a friend for motivation. Also, if you just cut most of the that sugar out for even a day you will probably be motivated to do the same day on again and again. It's when you let loose and think 1 is o.k. that's fine, but then think 2, 3, and get to 10 cookies, that's when I suffer!…

Feel free to add me too, I've got about 20 lbs to lose and already lost 50 lbs when I was 18 years old and I'm 34 now. I've just gained back few pounds and need to lose them!

hmmm, i don't know I Think others love it more than some. For example, I started running when I was 18 and loved it right away and was pretty amazing at it after about a year of it. I loved the high I got like nothing else gave me. I'm 34 now and still run, but even if I don't run for 2 weekse I can run 8-9 miles pretty…

Wow, awesome work, you look like you've lost at least 25 lbs. to me. You must have toned up a lot from the working out too, it really makes a difference. I've worked out 4-5 days a week since I was 18 and am 34 now and people always think I'm 15-20 lbs. lighter than my actual weight :) Three cheers for you!

Thanks everyone!!!! We can do this!

Great ideas, I did the picture one today and it's great motivation.

Hi, lexie, Thanks for adding me. I wish I could say I only had that weight to lose after having a new baby, but my girls are already 3 and 5. I lost it once and gained it back. I need major motivation, mexico is in one month, so add me for sure!

I always have a smoothie with 1 serving protien powder (vanilla or chocolate), 1 c. 30 calorie almond milk, frozen strawberries or bananas either frozen or add ice, and that's it. Sometimes if I'm adventurous I add in a tbsp of peanut butter or a dollop of whip cream. Yum!

Me too- I know exactly what you are going through. I was to 132 this time last year and have crept up slowly and was at 145 yesterday. Ouch- so time to get back on the wagon, but I hovered around 141 a long time until a couple of weeks ago. This is my wakeup call to lose these last 10 lbs. I too eat sweets at weekend party…
