Im seeing a guy that on first glance I would have probably only said he's ok looking. but the longer Ive been with him the more attracted I am. When I look at him there is nothing that I go umm, you need to work on that. whether it be his face or his body. He has an amazing personality and that works for me.

A lot of this could be water weight. Especially if you didn't drink a lot of water previously. Cutting your sodium intake and drinking lots of water releases all the water that your body has been holding due to consuming too much salt.

You'd be surprised at how many thin girls wish they had some thickness to them. I'm sure you are completely beautiful. FYI... I hate my arms too. And my stomach. And the fact that I have no neck. think of your body as a car. the more you drive it the more gas you have to put in it. so while 1200 may be enough for you to maintain your body's functionality if you are using it more then it takes more to keep it running. Thats where eating more comes into effect. If you use it more you have to feed it more.
