I chose turkey breast, no cheese, add a bunch of veggies including cucumber for some crunch. Add mustard, vinegar, pepper. I really enjoy it that way.

yup, its the only problem. I like my coffee really creamy, that's the problem. Or should I say cream with coffee. :(

That chocolate cinnamon tea sounds good. I'll have to try it. I only have one large cup a day.

I have 4 kids, 6 and under. The youngest ones being 3 months old and 1.5 yrs old. Not much time to exercise so its all about the diet for me. I've lost about a pound a week by eating healthy and keeping calories to 1200-1380 consistently. Works for me. I walk during my 30 minute lunch break at work. At home after cooking…

I thought you meant how did you get to the point that you needed to lose weight. Lol. My sisters told me about the app, they used it to log their food and lose weight. I got to the point that I needed to lose weight after 2 back to back pregnancies and a change to a sedentary job.

Me. I only drink one, I swear.

No idea because I just free poured my delicious coconut cream or hazel nut flavored cream. A few years ago when I was watching my diet/weight I used two tbls I think at 30-45 cals each. So not too bad, but I like it creamier than that. Probably with 3 creams I would be okay.

No, I like it because its warm. Ha ha.

I'm sorry I guess I should have specified that I am eating a healthy diet. In ADDITION I want to get more activity in my day and decided lunch break was a daily 30 minutes that I can schedule and know I can do for sure. Currently I go to a long empty back building in our parking lot and circle it. I walk on the front of it…

I have 20-25 pounds to lose.

This confused me a bit. I buy plain low fat yogurt. I don't expect it to have any added sugars or processed items because its plain. No flavors. I do hate that "sugarless" jams are sweetened with other things that may or may not be worse. So I am VERY weary about low fat and no sugar added items. But I would expect my…

Hi! I am also a mom of 4. Mine range from 6 yr old - infant (3 months old) so its REALLY hard for me to get exercise in at the moment. But I am changing my diet and so far I have lost 1.2 pounds a week. ( I do walk 30 minutes a day) I am no nutritionists or fitness expert so I needed some guidelines to know what to eat. I…

For easy and fast I make 12 egg muffins with spinach and mushrooms the night before. Breakfast is 2 of the egg muffins and a Kefir fruit smoothie which is cup Kefir 1 cup frozen strawberries or other berries. I don't have time for a snack between breakfast and lunch so that the protein, carbs, and sugars keep me full and…

New One here! My baby sisters wedding Nov 18th 2017. Height: 5'4 Current/Starting weight: 144 Goal weight: 125 Strategy: Following a diet called "17 day diet" goes in cycles of 17 days. Starts with low carbs the first cycle and every cycle you start adding carbs back in and starts focusing on portion control and increasing…

Can some body tell me about the diet plan for this program, is it just the basics? lean chicken, whole wheat, yogurt, berries, almonds, veggies, legumes avocado, olive oil.. Or does it come with recipes, or like a specific guide to eat so much protein in every meal or something? Just wondering..
-
done it no. But i could. its so quick you start with 20 seconds and work up to 4 minutes right.? Very doable, maybe add that to my fitness routine right at the end. I dont know if its possible to work up so quickly though. I did it for 40 seconds yesterday and I was shaking...lol.

I've had to modify it when my kids are sleeping.. but i found a spot on my floor that is a little less squeaky and try to do it there. I find some things are less noisy then others and switch it for those.. I can't recall right now but maybe the skaters and "jump rope" are not as noisy as squat jumps. And the jumping jacks…

Sorry I meant 40/35/25 c/p/f. I have no idea what my bf% is. I have a standard scale. lol. Just tells me how much I weigh total.

Not sure if this one is like other of her DVD's I have 30 day shred and ripped in 30. They work in levels. You do level 1 for ten days, then level 2 for 10 days etc. She suggest one to two days of rest. So basically this would come to 2 weeks at each level. I do every other day. Which takes me longer to complete a level…

Well I guess that is what I am doing basically about 1580, so a little more. 1.300 on days when i dont exercise. That is another thing that confuses me. When people state how many cals a day they are set to, are they NOT including exercise calories? or stating what calories they NET at after exercise. I say I am on 1300,…
-
No, I am not really being agressive. At 0.5lb per week loss MFP suggest 1360 cals. Thats only 60 more. Plus I log EVERY exercise I do and eat ALL calories back. I take two 15 minute walks at work and do a Circut training video at home. Which might give me an extra 280 calories a day. So basically Im having 1580 cals a day,…

WHAT?!?!?! lol.. well depending on the height, 128 might not be so little. lol

Yes, usually to maintenance calories. That way you don't blow all the hard work you did all week. I don't consider it a cheat because I plan it and I think its necessary to restore hormones to higher levels, as opposed to having your body and hormones get used to a low calorie diet every single day. Its also a day to look…

Yup, I think that will be my best option. After about 3 weeks of doing this I will probably have most of my go to recipes done.
-
I think I have, I will take my recipe and measure EVRYTHING once, write it down. Figure out the serving sizes, and from now on I will follow recipe exactly. So I only have to do this one time for every meal. Bad thing is I never eally followed exact measurements, and I usually improvised recipes as I went as well. But…

"If it is soup and you want the serving size to be one cup, how do you know how many cups are in the whole recipe? [/quote] The only thing I can think of is get my measuing cup. And take cup by cup, while i dump my soup in another pot, until I figure out how many cups where in there. I dont want to do that.
