  • I always mix something with the medical food. I've been having a breakfast drink with fruit in it most mornings. Then I have a snack at work at 9:30. I found the PB2 online at amazon, but I have seen it in stores since. Target has it in the peanut butter aisle.
  • 1/2 cup spinach, some blueberries and 2 mango spears with vanilla powder and water and ice cubes- yummy. No idea there was spinach in it.
  • My favorite so far was the chocolate mix with 1/2 banana and PB2 (powdered peanut butter) and 8 oz water and a couple of ice cubes. Yummy!
  • I'm using it! Glad to see you on here, Gary! How was your first week?

  • Can't wait to try these!
  • I'm sorry to hear about your sister's CHF. Have you tried looking to see if the American Heart Association has any meal planning resources?
  • I weigh everything going in and then at the end I weigh the whole batch and get the total ounces. I then use the total ounces as the number of servings. Then, I have the calories per ounce, so my husband can later weigh in ounces the serving size he wants and I can weigh the ounces I want, and we still get the right…
  • I am not at my heaviest weight, but I still have at least 130 to loose still. So excited because my husband just joined MFP and is getting his own fitbit, so that will bring some more accountability and motivation to me in the household. Looking for friends to help keep me motivated so please feel free to friend me.
