Haven't checked in, in a while, so I thought I'd say hello to everyone. Good change of pace today. Ate at crazy bowls and wraps and had the Power Bowl. Very filling and under 500 calories, you can't beat it! I'm not sure if the nutritional information is totally up to date though, it seemed sketchy. But I feel good about what I ate, and know that I'm doing the right thing. Had a little scare…

Here's a helpful tip for when you're trying to be good: So many times I've logged my meals AFTER I've eaten and I've been surprised to find out that a food was a lot more 'expensive' than I would have thought. Went to see Kansas, Boston, and April Wine in an outdoor concert last night and experiencing the remnants of Hurricane Isaac. It was like watching a concert while standing in the shower....awesome!! :-) Great to be a part of the challenge...and hope I get a good running start. Need to drink that water!
