I don't care for Healthy Choice at all. Progresso soup is da bomb though. Low sodium or light, really tasty.

If it's available to you in your country I would highly recommend looking into a Ninja. Mine was under 150.00 american, and does everything I need it to. Love how easy my smoothies are blended, and I use frozen fruit.

I really like FitMiss Delight. 1 scoop contains 90 calories, 15gr. protein, and 1 carb. I add it to unsweetened almond milk with frozen fruit. I don't use it as a replacement meal per say, but rather a snack. Vanilla chai flavor with strawberries... mmmmm.

It definitely counts towards your water intake. I LOVE sparkling flavored waters... but don't like the bloated feeling that carbonated beverages give me.

Someone posted a recipe using 1/3 cup oats and two eggs. Add a little salt and cinnamon to taste, mix it all up, and pour in a pan. Cook it like a pancake. But do NOT call it french toast, the masses take offense for some reason.

I've tried it... the sprouted grain variety. I found it at Kroger in the organic frozen section. I thought it was just okay. I wasn't blown away by it, and I was hoping that after spending almost 5 dollars for a loaf that I would absolutely love it. I do like nuttier grain type breads, so i guess I'll stick with arnold's…

Just for today I'll log all my food and drink all my water.

Looks like I'll be investing in a lot of spanx at the end of my journey. ;)
