It's telling me page not found. :( But congrats on your success! :)

There are tons of healthy recipe sites and cookbooks (my fave is skinnytaste.com) and you can just plan your meals ahead on this site. It's what I do and it's worked wonderfully for me. :)

90% of how your day goes is in the attitude you start it with. If you wake up determined to have a happy day you will have a happy day!!! Get out there and don't let anything drag you down!!! :D
-
1000 calories a day is not enough. You need to net at least 1200 calories, which means AFTER exercise is counted in.

WalMart usually carries them... But Amazon has them cheaper most of the time. :)

The IT Crowd or Doc Martin.... both brilliantly hilarious british shows. :)

Whatever is going on, I'm sorry.......

What I was saying was that you need to be at 1500 NET calories minimum... which means 1500 AFTER you've exercised. You are right to be concerned. A lot of ppl have given you really good advice.... nuts, nut butters, avocado... anything that is calorie-dense and still good for you is a GOOD thing for you right now... Maybe…

Another thing you might want to be aware of... For men the min is 1500.... 1200 is the minimum for females...
-
What I've heard is not to eat within 2 hours of going to bed... that way your body has time to process at least MOST of what you ate and it's less likely to hit fat stores. Your body doesn't know day from night, so as long as you give it those 2 hours you should be fine. :)

bump. I"ll reply later... gotta think...
-
But, as stated, this isn't for everybody... I am also 4'11" and I was GAINING eating less than 1200... I bumped my calories to 1300 and have been losing steady... down 34 pounds in 4 1/2 months.... just sayin'

You need to be netting at least 1200 daily... plus, as you've been told, activity level can play a part. Sometimes you have to eat more to lose more... sounds counter-productive, but I know from experience that it's true. Bump your calories to 1300 and try to eat between 1200 and 1300 and stay on that water and I bet your…

WalMart... $6 per piece so it was a $12 bikini. :D

I use coupons.com...

And this would be why I have a problem with weight watchers. If you plan on tracking calories as well as doing weight watchers you NEED to log your fruits and veggies on here! They might be 'free foods' with them, but they DO still have calories and not logging them is going to hurt you if you are trying to use this site…

I see a few things diet-wise. For one, ALWAYS make sure you are eating at LEAST 1200 NET calories daily. You seem to be consistently way under and that isn't good for you weight loss goals OR for your body. You should ALWAYS eat breakfast. I didn't for the longest... but as soon as I did on a regular basis and made it a…

Your plan is fine as long as you log everything and you're making sure you eat 1200 NET calories a day. Good luck!

I don't look at exercise as a calorie deficit... I look at it as a means to make my body stronger and more efficient. I workout to build more muscle that will, in turn, burn more calories. I work out so that I can play with my children for more than two minutes before I have to stop and catch my breath. I exercise to make…

When you start eating correctly and begin a new workout routine, there is often a bit of gain before the losing starts. I did the 30 Day Shred and I gained a little and then held steady there for about 3 weeks and then lost almost 5 pounds in final week. Make sure you are netting1200, not just eating 1200 before your…

Here is my best friend's attitude and I've adopted it.... she says: "If I am doing the cooking, I'm going to fix what I want to eat. If my family doesn't like it they can fix their own or go hungry. There's food available, so it's their choice." I cook what I want.... if they don't like it they can eat it or not. If HE…

You are not alone. I'm 4'11" as well and I've been doing C25K training. I use cardio trainer for android when I run and I am consistently between 5 and 6 MPH. I read somewhere that 7 MPH is a SLOW jog and thought WTH??? But... such is life when you're a shorty, I guess. If I can finish my first 5k in under 35 minutes, I'll…

You need to be eating the minimum healthy amount (1200 for gals, 1500 for guys) at the very LEAST. If that is not possible, you should back off your workouts some so you are getting those essential calories. There is such a thing as too much of a good thing... even where exercise is concerned. I hope you get it all figured…

I am 4'11" and I am losing just fine (between 1 and 2 pounds a week consistently) eating between 1200 and 1300 calories a day. It really isn't safe to eat less than that unless you are under medical supervision... You can't get the proper nutrition eating so little. If you've been told to do this by a doctor, I apologize…

That's amazing! :D You're really doing something right if you mama notices! LOL

Your calorie goal is what you should be aiming for with your NET calories. When you exercise, it adds those calories back into your goal because it already has you at a weight loss deficit. If you exercise and do not eat those calories back, it could put you at too large of a deficit which is not healthy or beneficial to…
