JC Penny or Goody's... they both have dresses very similar for half that price or less... And you might even be able to find it REAL cheap since a lot of stores are clearancing out their seasonal clothing and what you're looking at is a summer dress... I bought a really pretty white sundress for a civil wedding ceremony in…

I'm guessing if you're on this site the lie would be #2... I love my kids I love snakes I love spiders

30 DS is a great one.... so is running... I get up at 6 every morning to workout. I get it done while kids are sleeping with enough time to spare for breakfast before work.

Umm... it didn't work...

Anything WITH brown rice WITHOUT cream cheese and WITHOUT the sauce... and don't eat more than like 3 rolls. You'll be fine! :)

Have you been eating your exercise calories back? It sounds like you're burning quite a bit, so if you aren't eating them back, that could be the reason you're not losing... Otherwise, yes, set MFP to figure your calories for .5 pound/week loss and go with that.

Oven baked fried chicken is SOOO yummy AND healthy. :D We had it with seasoned roasted baby red potatoes the other night... Yummm

30 days... 10 days per level. But make sure you're eating back your exercise cals on that one! It's killer and you'll NEED the energy!!!

Good luck! I will caution you, though... common mistake of people starting out is not eating ENOUGH... Make sure you're getting in at least 1200 NET calories (after exercise) a day... You might lose for a few weeks eating less, but eventually you will stall and some have been known to GAIN (me included) because of having…

It DOES change based on weight... When I started my first round of 30DS I weighed around 150ish and it figured my calories burned on circuit training somewhere between 230 and 250... Now I weigh 130ish and it figures the same exercise for the same amount of time at 200...

I didn't see your original post, but based on your answers... Stress could be a part of it, but I'd say more of it is that you aren't eating enough. If you're only eating 1200 calories and then working out, then you aren't fueling your body enough for it to let go of any of that weight. You need to eat back your exercise…

Chocolate, ice cream and tater tots... three of the things I have a REALLY hard time resisting... :/ I can usually squeeze them in if I just can't stand it anymore, though. lol

Make sure the calorie goal you're hitting is your NET goal... which means eat back your exercise cals... at least to where your net is at 1200... That is really the number one mistake around here... People eat to their goal and then exercise and don't eat any more than that... Doing it that way is basically not giving your…

the most common thing I've heard is to up your calorie intake to a half pound a week loss and switch up your exercise routine...

Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred.... hands down, no question

Try skinnytaste.com... I bet she's got a recipe or two you can use... and all of hers that I've tried so far have been amazing! :)

On average a 'fit' person will burn 100 calories per mile, regardless of whether they walk, jog, sprint it. One mile is 100 calories... if you're not so fit, you'll burn more... so it really all depends...

Wow... what an amazing difference! Keep it up and your BMI will be in the healthy range before you know it! Great job so far and good luck to continued success! :)

I'd say find a few friends with open diaries and check them out for ideas. I do a lot of morningstar farms and boca veggie burger and veggie chicken patty sandwiches and lean pockets for at work lunches... they can be high in sodium, so I just watch my intake a lot closer for my other meals those days. The Fiber One…

The problem is that if you are regularly netting such a low number you WON'T lose weight... and some people doing the very same thing you're doing have been known to gain... You are only harming your body by not eating enough... there are TONS of threads on this... you should probably search for them and read them...
-
It happens to most of it. The important thing is that you TRY really hard to at least net your 1200... if you aren't feeding your body enough (whether you feel hungry or not) it WILL retaliate...

I wouldn't be offended at all! lol

weight it dry... the weight doubles (or close to) when cooked... so 2oz dry or 4oz cooked is a typical serving
-
Circuit training, general for 25 minutes... the count MFP gave me was very accurate for me. :)

If you aren't hitting your net calorie goal, the weight your losing isn't being lost in a healthy manner and you're right to be concerned. Maybe You should talk to a dr though and see what they say... they are going to know best above and beyond what anyone here can tell you... Better safe than sorry, right? Good luck!

One of the biggest mistakes I've noticed people making on this site, ESPECIALLY when they work out a lot, is they're not eating ENOUGH calories. A lot of times it comes down to eating more makes you lose more and eating less does not always equal losing more weight. I know it SOUNDS counter productive, but I KNOW from…

This is SO not true! If you create too large of a deficit the effects are the same (or worse) than it is if you eat too much. Make sure you are eating those 1200 calories in NET... So, yes, the first one... if you are burning 400 calories you should be eating 1600 or at least within 50 calories on either side of it and…

Circuit training, general for 25 minutes (You should count warm up and cool down because you DO still burn calories during those parts of the video too)
-
I find I do better if I plan the exercise and meals either the night before or first thing in the morning that way I know what I need to eat and when... I tend to do better with a big breakfast a decent lunch and a light dinner although it doesn't always work out that way. When you exercise and add calories it DOES add to…

I completed it... into round 2 now. 4'11" 135 about 200 calories per workout.
