  • oh, i forgot.....we have protein bars/shakes for breakfast!!! Lunch...subway works for the Mr. I buy healthy choice meals..steamers...keeps me under 300 calories for lunch. Also like tuna..with cut up celery and olive oil mayo.

  • Retail Store Manager....I don't know why I could gain weight with this job. But see it just shows you, even if you have a sit down job..you can gain weight with a on your feet job too. It all started when I was 28 and tried my first "latte" drink....Oh boy....was I in for it!!! Hence 36 and overweight.
