WATCH YOUR SODIUM INTAKE! You mention you have a lot of sodium to cut back on in your post. Sodium makes you retain water and could affect your result when you weigh in. Otherwise I agree with everyone above. You need to look at calories in VS calories out...and work out your BMR! This will really help you out

Hi! Firstly, Well done on walking all those miles! That is brilliant!:flowerforyou: The problem is you're not eating enough :) You should be eating nearly all (if not all) of the exercise calories you gain. Your body is working double time and your metabolism is running high after walking all those miles so it needs the…

I hardly ate anything over the weekend and put on 2lbs! It just goes to show that you need to eat regularly otherwise your body clings to every bit of energy it can get! Dont worry hun! Drink lots of water over the next couple of days so that you can eliminate any water retention you might have and just start fresh from…

When it comes to exercise, for me i have to have fun with it. I've tried the whole rigid workout at the gym and just found it really hard to stay motivated! So now i have made a few small changes which seem to be working well! I walk home from work everyday rather than taking a bus that stops literally outside my…

Hi Leah, I can totally relate to emotional eating! I am a BIG comfort eater. I eat whether i'm happy, sad, angry, tired...you name it...i'll eat however i feel! It's only recently where i started realising i was using food as a friend my whole life and that it needed to change!! But we have taken the first step in changing…
