I have definitely learnt so much since tracking everything. I never really paid much attention to my calorie intake before. I realise now that some foods I thought were the better option fro me, were still in fact high in calories. I now check everything I eat and what is value is before it goes in my mouth. It makes me…

Thank you so much for sharing, it has really helped for me to see someone else who had issues/concerns with loose skin but I can clearly see by approaching it the right way, it is possible to reduce this. I have been worried about it far too much and keep forgetting that I am actually improving my health every day and that…

One way I use to try and stay motivated is, I keep old pics of myself on my phone and if I feel like eating something bad or thinking, I will just skip todays exercise, i look at the photos and think, I dont want to be like that anymore. It may seem silly but I find visual aids help. It seems to have helped so far. Staying…

Thanks guys. I'm still considered obese and have a history of diabetes in the family, so doing my best to reduce the risk of becoming diabetic myself. Hoping I will reach a point soon where I will be happy. Thanks Daryl. Was hard going it but I feel good actually seeing them. I shouldn't hide now. X

Thank you everyone for your replies, some brilliant advice. I have recently started to be more active, exercise wise and maybe after some time this will help. I am seeing a therapist next week, my first appointment. So maybe with some ongoing support and exercise it may improve. I was just curious how others managed to…

I just had a quick look and one thing I did notice is that when you have your special K porridge (which I have too) you are only using the calories from the porridge mix itself, you haven't included the milk that is extra on top. Its another 60 -70 calories you are missing off, hope that helps a little.

I always find that in the evening is better for me, in the morning I am too sleepy and put very little effort into it. I prefer about an hour before my evening mea, so around 5-6pm for me. Definitely have far more energy then. Its just a case of finding what is right for you.. :)

Day 6 done and there really are changes already, the exercises are still making me ache like mad but I am really starting to tone up. It has really spurred me on to keep at it. Already lost 1 inch from round my tummy, cant wait to see the final results at the end of day 30... If any of you are considering doing this, I…

I am currently on 1320 a day and am finding that pretty good for me, I even tend to have quite a few left over. Still eat 3 meals a day and don't feel hungry very often. I do log everything I eat/drink plus exercise but still come in under. I just make sure I eat things that will keep me full for longer, like porridge for…

Day 3 done now, and I don't know if i'm just being silly but seem to be noticing a slight difference already. Some wobbly bits around the tummy area seem to be a little less wobbly already! Took measurements at the start, so think I will take them again at 10 day after level 1 to see... ohhh excited....
