Fantastic! It really does feel great when you achieve something you thought was out of reach. I know about that firsthand. Congratulations!

My avatar pic is from April 18th. I started last November. I have lost another 13 pounds since this picture was taken and have 33 more pounds to go. Your progress is amazing as well as most of the other folks who have replied to your post. Great job everybody, keep on keeping on!

Hi Susan, I'm Doug. I'm 55 and have been at this since last November. I'm retired Air Force and let myself go after retiring in 2006. I've got around 30 pounds to go myself. I'm gonna shoot you a friend invite. I'm also in a group of people that are from 50 to 60 years old and there are a lot of good people in there.

Feel free to accept this friend request. I'm on here every day. I've been at this since last November and am about halfway to my end goal myself (had a lot to lose).

Pizza Hut Supreme pizza on thin crust. I would regularly eat half of a large pizza or more in one sitting. That would be the worst, most enjoyabe :frown: thing I ate pre MFP.

Two words... Krispy Kreme. I could easily down 4 of the glazed doughnuts when they were fresh. That's 160 calories per doughnut/640 calories in one fell swoop. Haven't had them since last October. Planning a cheat day sometime in the next month and I'm lookin' for a "Hot" light.

Not quite halfway to my goal myself but getting there. I log in everyday. Feel free to add me along with the other people who have replied. We'll all do this together.

I started exercising and watching what I eat last November. I am not quite half way to my goal weight. When I first started I was only able to walk 1 to 2 miles. I now go from 3 to 6 miles walking in my neighborhood maintaining keeping a 15 minute per mile pace. I usually walk before work but today I RAN 1.5 miles and…

I just recently started trying to get myself in shape but in my younger days when I ran, having a rabbit to chase was the best motivator for me.
