Your skin should catch up to you. It takes a little while, but if you make sure you are exercising, using moisturizers and taking care of that skin it should bounce back just fine. Maybe not perfect but it will be much better...

You will get more and more used to exercise where you can burn more calories. Thats key in this. But, to get rid of the hunger longer, you should increase your protein, it keeps you more full, longer. Also, you should open up your diary so we can see the whole picture.

I, personally, would gladly eat 200-300 calories of fruit over 200-300 calories of junk. Think of the vitamins and minerals you get from the fruit. Its quality of quantity.

NO excuses lady. I have kids and a house and a full time job. If you cant get to the gym, get a jogging stroller and get out walking or jogging. You cant make excuses, where there is a will, there is a way!!!

If its really bad and you want to snack, try things ultra low in calories. Like, sliced celery with salsa is a nice munchie. You can do this girl, just remember, you beat the cigs, you can do ANYTHING!!!

You need to change your dietary habits. Try a different way of eating, lower your carbs, up your protein. Play around with your food habits. Plateaus suck and I literally hit one every single month. BUT, They eventually break. Keep your chin up!!
