I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to garden. BUT, OMG, I HATE the smell of tomato leaves!!!! LOL!!!! I read in a gardeners site somewhere they have cologne that smells like tomato leaves. LOL!!!

Instead of trying ot beat the system so to speak, why not start replacing that junk you want to eat with some yummy alternatives. I love chips and salsa, so now I have the salsa, but dip celery sticks in instead of chips.

I FOURTH that!!! The health benefits of fruit far outweigh any of the risks. Dont eat a huge bowl of it, but dont limit it either!

Im shocked at the price of them!!!! WOW!!!! I was wondering the same thing about how the heck I am going to run in the winter!!! I cant afford those boots though, and wonder how they feel on your legs on a long run????

Usually people are doing extra exercises and all of them added together equal that much. If you did weights for a hour, then a aerobics class, or went running or walking, its easy to get up to that much. As you lose weight, and build up endurance, it will get easier for you to do more... Good luck!!! :D

Use the money you would spend on a membership to Curves and join a real gym or your local YMCA. You have more options and it wont become "Routine". Curves is good at first but you will tire of the circuits, and while it will help you lose weight, you wont get into tip top form just doing that.

I was absolutely obsessed, and now I obsess about exercise, and trying to beat goals, and the weight loss is a side effect of it. I am training for a run, so im constantly thinking about what my next runs goal is, and stuff like that. So, I feel that this is a healthier way to use that obsessive nature I have.
