I ate clean for months and recently switched to eating pretty low cabr and the weight has been coming off with no issues. It works!!!

You can call it any type of diet you want, it isnt healthy, and it will hurt you in the long run. The only type of "Diet" that works is a lifestyle change, or you will rebound and be wondering what happened when you gain back the weight and more.

Its weird for me because people say "You have lost SO MUCH weight" and you "You look so much better and healthier". It makes me wonder how horrible I must have looked for people to say such things. Its always good to switch things around. I am constantly doing this myself. I was on a plateau but I was only pretty much doing Zumba. I changed the type of food I eat, incorporated Weights, Running, Sprint Intervals, and P90X, and I rotate everything according to what I feel like doing. Makes your body not get good at…

Up the protein amount in your snack. Have some cottage cheese and some fruit, or something like that. Im aware of that, but no one gains muscle that fast. Fat isnt instantly replaced by muscle. It takes months to gain a lot of muscle mass. I was on a plateau, plain and simple. I wish it was that easy. Plateaus happen, unfortunately... :D

Yes, while this is true, some of us dont lose it as fast as that unfortunately. I burn 500-700 calories a day, and about a month or so ago I was on a plateau and no matter how many 1000 plus burns of calories a day, 1380 calories, I couldnt lose a single OUNCE, never mind a pound a week. And this with me eating exercise…

LOL! Thats funny!!! Im scared of getting hit by a car so im extra careful to get out of peoples way, but I do find that if I see someone jogging slowly, I do need to run past them. LOL!!!!

Exercise (every day for a hour, it helps me mentally and physically), lots of water, lots of vitamins, at least 7 hours of sleep a night, and lots of fresh foods.

Then you should switch up what you eat to make sure you get those calories. Lets face it, back in the day before we all joined MFP to lose weight, we were able to eat way more than our daily allotment of calories. Why is it so hard now? It isnt, you just need to make accomodations with your calorie allotment.
