These posts/articles are very misleading and are no more beneficial then stabbing yourself in the eye. No single food (or 13 for that matter) will make you fat. Yes, some foods contain things that are not as good for you as other foods, no shocker there, but villainizing specific foods or food groups is pointless.
The bottom line is that excess calories is what make you fat. You could eat only lettuce, but if you ate it in excess quantities (granted that would take a truck load of lettuce) you would still get fat.0 -
(Not saying you are) But that is one of the dumbest things I've read this year.0
