Dont obsess. Eating poorly on a holiday doesnt put you off track. Eating poorly for the whole weekend and then continuing to overeat does. Eat healthy as often as you can. Enjoy the days you dont. We are here to support. Looks like you are doing great so far!

Go for a mile - 2 mile walk during lunch or on break. That will eat up a few hundred calories. Drink alot of water, and you will find yourself getting up more to go to the bathroom. I do some quick exercises every time I get up and go to the bathroom.

Aim for your body weight in oz of water. ie if you weigh 100 lbs, drink 100 oz of water. Cup is "measuring cup". Most water bottles give you 2 -3 servings (Says on the label). Good rule of thumb is clear pee.

Hard to say. Make your food diary public so other people can review. Could be water retention, muscle gain, or just breaking even for the day on calories.

Give motivation to others on the site. Encourage people. Become the motivation that you need!

The best thing you can do is get on MFP and start helping to motivate other people! Get on the discussion board and talk to people. Give your friends a pat on the back. Add more friends! Why do you need to lose weight?

Yes. This is where daily weigh ins are important. While obsessing over the scale is not the goal, daily weigh ins teach you how your body responds to things you do and makes quicker correction possible. Not uncommon, especially in the first few and the last few weeks.

Thanks All. Not a common place for me to eat, but it is a friends birthday, and thats where he wants to go. Veggie burger has trans fat, so I try and stay away from it. Eating half the bun is a great suggestion. I typically take the top half off and eat the rest of the burger with a fork and knife when I am out at other…

p90 X is a great workout, but expensive. Supreme 90 day gives similar results without the cost. Also, I have a Wii, and the Wii Fit Workouts are decent. Not great for a "sole workout" for the day, but great additional movement time. Good Luck!

Weighing in once a day is great, as it gives you the ability to get comfortable with the fluctuations. Airline Pilots dont check their GPS every half hour. They are constantly monitoring to their destination.
