Whats Your Reason?!?
Everyone says that we should have a specific goal and a motivating reason, but it is hard for us to take the time to really think about it and write it down. What is your reason? Mine - To set a great example for my kids, and to have the energy to be prince charming to my wife and super-dad to my daughters. Whats yours?

Slow Carb Diet
Anyone try the slow carb diet from the 4 Hour Body. Day 1, and I am 70 percent of the way through my calories by lunch eating spinach and beans for 2 meals. Anyone have experience with this?

One Awesome Day At A Time
As a guy who has tried everything, I am excited to be finally taking this one day at a time. No 90 day programs, or 30 day programs. Just getting fit, bit by bit.
