I've lost 24.2lbs and I still don't believe it because I don't see it. I think mine is more mental though. I have a friend that tells me I look great and how she can tell, but I think she's just being nice! =)

I like to do 20 minutes Elliptical, 20 minutes bike, and 15-20 minutes of weights. I found that to work the best for me and I don't get bored!

I tried to pull that one today only because I went and had the womenly exam to get back on my BC. I've been off for about a month and a half so I figured it would be believable!!! He doesn't fully buy it, but I'll keep him guessing all day!!

Sorry can't be much help, but I just wanted to say I absolutely love TRH and so does my son. My 9yr old son always gets the 16oz prime rib and he can eat the whole thing!!!!

I definitely hide it, but I'm doing it for the wrong reason. I'm hiding it in case I fail. I've tried to lose weight in the past and failed. I don't want this to be another failed attempt everyone knows about!!

In the beginning I didn't eat my burned calories because I figured why eat what you worked so hard to get off. I quickly learned to eat them back because I was so tired all the time and working out was getting hard because I had no strength. I still don't eat all of them back but I eat enough back that keeps me going.

I listen to Pandora also, but I have mine set to Missy Elliott's station that plays 50 Cent, Timbaland, Dre, Eminem, Justin Timberlake and so on... I also love 90's music so I have a K7 station that plays a lot of really good 90's stuff.
