I recently got a fitbit and it's linked to MFP which is adds calories burned at the end of the day. Question is should I still log my exercise on MFP or just use what the fitbit gives me at the end of the day??? Thank you

Am I the only one that gets totally obsessed with MFP?? I'm constantly checking my feed, looking at my goals, looking at the community, going over my diary, and so on. Black Garbage Bag???
A lady at my gym told me to tape a black garbage bag around my stomach while I work out to tighten the skin around my stomach. In other words I won't have saggy skin. Has anyone heard of or tried this?? She said she did it and it works but it sounds sketchy to me.

I worked out for 40 minutes yesterday 20min elliptical and 20min stationary bike. It gave me 640 calories burned does that sound right? That seems like an awful lot for just 40 minutes. Should I be going off what the machines say or MFP?

Exercise- morning vs. evening
