Hi, I totally feel your pain. I have struggled with the severe symptoms of PCOS for years now. I am also currently considering the HCG diet and the place I have been referred to by several people to buy it is here http://www.pharmacyescrow.com/s47218-s-HCG-PREGNYL.aspx . Also as for the facial hair have you tried laser…

I think the real hCG probably really does work but I was taking homeopathic and I really don't think it was working. I was starving all day and terribly weak & shaky.

Basically you take the hCG hormone and eat a very restricted diet of 500 calories or less each day. Supposedly the hCG tells your body to burn the fat stores to make up for the calories you aren't eating.

I am actually planning to try to start it again on Monday. I did it a few times when I first got it a month ago but then got sick. So my whole exercise routine went out the window. If you haven't done it before be prepared to have your butt kicked! I can only do it every other day at the very most.

Actually the Lil' Minx pole has a special mount that you can buy for vaulted ceilings. http://www.lilmynx.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=1_24&products_id=39

I just did a bunch of research on instructional pole dvd's and I ended up getting Vertical Dance by KT Coates. Dr. Amy's Pole Dance and Polecats also get really good reviews though.

Also in regards to the poles to get to use at home. The only two out there I know of that are actually for doing spins & such are the X-Pole and Lil' Minx. All the other poles out there are just meant to be used more as a prop to walk around and shake your booty.

There is a dance studio here that offers pole lessons. It really is a ton of fun and a great workout! The awesome thing is it doesn't feel like a workout because you are having so much fun! My X-Pole came with a beginners instructional DVD and you can also get other instructional DVD's off of Amazon. Also you should try…

Well ya it is pole dancing but not the kind they do in strip clubs. This is much more athletic and you are just doing the spins, climbing & upside down stuff but not really any of the booty shaking & taking your clothes off stuff!
