Unless you have a medical issue that prevents you from eating fruit, there is nothing wrong with it. It's a great way to get in the nutrients you need naturally! I typically eat berries, apples, oranges, bananas and melon. YUM.

Chinese food is delicious, but notorious for being super high in sodium. Your best bet is to find a veggie/seafood option that either has no sauce or is very light on the sauce. And I don't think that eating a serving of steamed white rice does any harm.

It's a great program. I did it last year and I'm actually thinking of doing it again to switch things up. You can do searches online for free podcasts that have music and queues. They are great!

When I did the program, I downloaded these Podcasts which had music and queues. You just put some headphones on and then hit the pavement. No need to bother with keeping the time. Maybe try it that way?

I watch my sodium and also try to stay around 1500mg. But that is b/c I have borderline high blood pressure. When I first joined I tried tracking my sugar but found it annoying b/c I eat a lot of fruit and one piece can send you "over" the limit. As long as your sugars are refined I prob wouldn't worry about it.
