No. To be honest no program has more jumping then T25 from my experience. T25 is an assault on the lower extremities. HC22 is much more well rounded. There is stuff like press jacks which is a staple of most Tony Horton programs.

Have you done the Special Ops Cardio vid yet? The rolling burpees were quite a challenge for me!

Guess it depends on how sweaty you're willing to get, what equipment you would have available to you etc. Most people would just go for a long fast pace walk. I walk twice a day at work. Once in the morning for about a mile, then I do about 2 miles at lunch. Try to get my 10K steps in so when I get home I can focus on the…

Yea the only time I do morning workouts is the weekend and they are more like mid morning. I struggle with motivation too that early in the day. Usually have to take a strong dose of preworkout just to get moving. During the week my workouts come as soon as I get home from work. That way I don't have time to sit and settle…

I've been on it for close to 6 months and I did experience a 5lbs weight gain. I was at 182 and went up to 187 in about a weeks time. Since then I've been maintaining at 186 with little fluctuation. I've had no side effects that I have noticed and have broken through quite a few PR's. My 1RM has gone up immensely on every…

Of all the compound lifting I do OHP has been the hardest to progress. I've been stuck in plateaus for months at a time where 5 lbs can be the difference between my 1RM and failure. I just keep trying and failing until I finally get it up. But it's a slow going process.
-
Accessory lifts? I've heard them called both, not looking to get into a war of semantics. But essentially single muscle lifts rather then compound.
-
Yea find a structured workout. You need more compound lifting in your routine and less of the vanity lifts.

I don't even think of it as exercise anymore. It's part of my daily routine now. Especially since I get my workout in right after work. To me it's more like a daily therapy session. Every day I have an appointment from 5-6 PM with the doc. I use all the stresses of the day to fuel me. Going for a new PR, seeing a new…

Trenches - Pop Evil Broke so many PR's with that track B)

Well the whole angle of the "Max" 30 workouts is to "Max Out". Which means to go all out until either your form breaks, you need to rest, or fail an exercise. Then the next time you do the video you try and beat your previous time of Maxing out. And this is how you progress rather then trying to pace yourself through the…

If you're on the website click the exercise tab > my exercises > create exercise and you can make a custom entry for whatever videos you do.

My advice would be to get the free 30 day trial of Daily Burn or BeachBody on Demand. Try out a few different programs and decide which one you want to do next. Or look into one of the free ones on YouTube. I'm not familiar with that Jillian Michaels program so it's hard to suggest another one like it. Insanity is an…

She was a Beast back then. In T25 she's the modifier but she had just had a baby. But she's crazy in Insanity. One of the dudes that's in the back on some of the videos I was in the Army with. Small world lol.

I tried the 24 hour fast last week and found myself pretty miserable the entire day. So probably not going to do that again. I can see how it would make sense for some people though.
-
I'll throw on a P90X vid here and there. But 70 minutes for a workout vid is pretty long. The Kenpo X is excellent though.
-
Pure Cardio is still my all time favorite go to video for getting my sweat on.
-
Hmmn. I've had it on Roku for a while now and hardly ever experience any kind of lag. Only time is if I'm trying to skip forward in the video or whatever. OP as far as the On Demand goes it's got quite a bit of free content, you get programs like P90X, P90X2, P90X3, Insanity, Insanity Asylum etc. But one of the best parts…

Has anyone tried the Spec Ops Cardio yet? I can't wait to hear how you guys did with those rolling burpees ;)
-
Same. I like Amino X. I hardly ever get sore anymore. I take the Creatine for strength gains mostly.

Glad this thread popped back up. Today for the first time I'm attempting a 24 hour fast. My reasoning (besides all the articles I've read recently about the advantages of fasting) is that I simply cannot cut down my daily intakes anymore. Especially on my workout days. Any less then 2,000 cals and I just simply cannot keep…

What did you think of those Gorilla Crawls?
-
I scored a bunch of the creamy peanut butter ones on Amazon for about $1 a bar. Not as good as Quest but similar protein to carb ratio. I like the soft chewy center. Not the best bars but for the cost I got them at I would buy them again and again.

Not sure what video it is but there is a weighted burpee into plow into pushup move. Took me a while to get decent at it. Basically have to squat fall back into plow with the dumbell in your hands, then come out of plow with enough momentum with the dumbell/sandbag to propel yourself forward up onto your feet, and then…

Can never go wrong with lifting weights. Whether you're bulking, cutting, maintaining, recomping lifting is super beneficial and important. I've done the Les Mills Body Pump vids at home but never in a class. It's more of a low weight, really high reps approach which is totally fine. If you'd rather lift heavy the 5 x 5 is…

Ahh wait til cardio 2! Gorilla Crawls! :s Did you guys get the deluxe version with the sandbag and Special Ops Vids?

Indeed, I freely admit I am not a super accurate logger. But my TDEE is 2800-3200 calories (depending on the calculator) and I set my daily goal to 2,000. I highly doubt I'm over eating anywhere near 800-1200 calories. I could be off 300-400 on some days no doubt but that still leaves me in quite a deficit. At one point I…

Hmmn interesting. Is it listed within the free library or in your purchased programs section?
-
As of now T25 does not come with it. The free library includes Insanity, P90X, P90X2, P90X3, Chalean Extreme, Turbo Fire, Insanity Asylum, Rev Abs, Brazil Butt Lift, 10 minute trainer and some other lesser known programs. There are a couple of T25's that can be done on the workouts of the day and sneak peak sections. There…
