Hi , You can start with Leslie Sansone on You tube- she has 30 mins- 2 miles and 3 miles and than finally when u build up ur strenght its 5 miles for fat loss- ALl the best Incidently even im on GM diet second attempt first time i did cheating this time sticking to it Regards Sam
