Hello! I am doing a sorta low carb. I try to stay under 60 a day and stay away from white processed foods like rice, bread, pasta, etc. I also gave up soda, including diet. I do protein shakes to keep me full til lunch then usually do a meat with veggie during lunch, then something small for dinner. In between I snack on…

Best of luck to you sweetheart! Many people have had success with weight loss surgery. Don't let other's opinions of it being a "bandaid" effect you. Look at it more as a tool to help you get where you need to be. The surgery will be hard, it's not easy and you do have to make life changes in your eating habits. I myself…

Feel free to add me as well anyone! I have over 100 pounds to go and I've lost 115 already. I also have experience with PCOS and diabetes. We can do it together :)

God where do I begin, Cheese is life. I love all kinds except feta and bleu. Cottage cheese is a favorite of mine. Colby, muenster, swiss, sharp and mild cheddar, the list can go on and on. I try to limit my cheese intake though, to much can be to much fat for you. :(

@shaumom Yeah, I cancelled that appointment and have been doing well on my own. Last week it rained alot and I was busy doing things for my daughter's birthday party so I lacked in the exercise dept, but still kept calorie goals. I appreciate all the suggestions @rainbowbow. @rigden1992c THAT IS RIDICULOUS. WOW. Any…

Hello All, I've been on and off here for 6 years now. Feel free to add me, I'm here to stay this time. I cleaned my inactive friends list up and am looking for active users. I have PCOS so I know that struggle! I have soda free for 24 days as of today! Lets talk. :)

Losing 8 pounds to officially be able to say I'm under 300 and have lost 125 pounds so far. :)

You can do it! As a fellow PCOS and diabetic, cut out soda, sugar, and really fatty carbs like pastas, bread, rice. If you still want those just replace them with healthier options like brown rice, whole grain pasta, whole grain bread etc. Basically avoid the processed foods and use moderation. All natural is better for…

Hello, hope you're still on here. :) Everyday is a new beginning, you just have to take it a day at a time. Start occupying your time more, do hobbies you put off because you don't have time. Take the time spent binge eating and go for a walk. Or if you must eat, eat something's that's better for you. :) I know how hard it…

Hey Ladies, I'm Hayley. The scales tipped to 425 for me when I was 17 yrs old. I am now currently at 307. I have come a long way, but am looking into getting the baratric sleeve surgery done. I'm all about new healthy recipes and motivating people along with myself. Add me, lets talk :)

I walk my dog everyday it doesn't rain, and go to the gym and do like 1.5 miles on the treadmill then go and do some arm and leg exercises. Not to mention squats because I hate my butt. lol

Hello everyone! I myself am just recently back on track after being diagnosed with diabetes, plus I have pcos. I have already lost over 100 pounds so any motivation would be great. Feel free to add me. Today I am 23 days soda free! :)

Hello, I'm Hayley. I'm looking into the sleeve surgery myself. I have lost 115 pounds on my own, but i'm still not where I want to be. I have cut out soda and most starchy bad stuff. I have a consultation on 6/9/16. I'm excited to see where this journey leads me. For those who's insurance doesn't cover the surgery how did…

I agree. I haven't been getting to much help. I have been sorta teaching myself and changing my eating habits on my own. It seems to be working so I'm rolling with it. I haven't had soda or super starchy stuff in 23 days. I feel great.

Regarding the protein shakes- they keep me full and are sugar free. I use the mix, 6 ice cubes, and water, with one teaspoon of pb that only has 3 grams of sugar in it. My whole shake is 140 calories, keeps me full until lunch and only has 3g of sugar and 2g of carbs. My primary doctor knows I do this. She says I can't cut…

Hello, I'm Hayley. I've had pcos since I was 17. I am going to tell you that getting on medication and balancing out your hormones WILL help you lose weight. The first step with doing to the dr is admitting to them you have a problem, if they're not proud you came or happy to help you, go to a different dr! I started out…

Thanks everyone, I agree. I had my protein sugar free shake this morning and it was great, she can shove it for all I care. I just called and cancelled the appt follow up :)
