When I began my workouts I focused on an hour of cardio four days a week, and then i would just do lunges, squats, sit ups and crunches each night.. 35 of each increasing by the week as i got better. try one of these at home.. monthly challenges.. i'm beginning this one for november... hope it help!!

Morning, feel free to add me. I work first shift and I'm a to two little guys. I have quite the busy schedule. I'm currently working out early mornings just 30 minutes for turbo jam DVDs , maybe a little more if I feel stronger. I also know of quite a few squat and an challenges we can support each other :-)
