I use President's Choice Organics PB, where the only ingredient is roasted peanuts, and the label claims 200 calories for 2 tablespoons (30g)…

  • I just signed up for my first half marathon (21KM) which is on July 24th, I run everyday but only about 10KM, let the training begin!
